Path 1
If refunds are “easy” → we help you for free
Register for free. If refunds are issued broadly, you pay nothing. If CBP (or another authority) implements a straightforward refund approach—such as automatic refunds based on entry data, or a standard administrative claims process—we will assist you at no cost.

Path 2
If refunds are “hard” → we can finance your recovery on a ‘no-win, no-fee’ basis
If it turns into PSCs, protests, litigation, or a court-ordered process, we can fund it.
If refund recovery requires more intensive steps—such as post-summary corrections (PSCs), formal protests, or court proceedings—we can offer claim financing so your company doesn’t have to carry the legal and procedural costs upfront.

How it works (simple version): - You register and we assess complexity.

- If it’s complex → we propose a financing term sheet tailored to your entries and recovery route.
- If recovery succeeds, we are repaid from proceeds based on agreed terms.
Path 3
If you need immediate liquidity → we can monetize your claims for a percentage of their future value.
If you aren’t willing to wait for the refund process, we can also monetize your claims within a few weeks. This means the right to the refund is transferred to LitFin, and you receive immediate liquidity in return.
